This position is critical role for our Antares products business.
How you will make an impact
As the Manager, Sales Operations, you will lead sales projects, initiatives and procedures while measuring the efficiency of all sales programs including optimal sample utilization, budgeting, peer-to-peer program tracking and other field resource utilization. You will lead key sales initiatives and sales force directives for such things as Call Reach, Call Frequency, Call Reporting and other performance assessments.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Develop and deliver all sales communication to ensure continuity between Sales, Commercial Coordinator, Marketing and Sales Operations
  • Work with Director of Commercial Strategy & Development, National Sales Director and Sales Operations to identify criteria and build communication for recognition with Sales Operations
  • Track field-related business effectiveness, i.e.: optimal sample utilization, SP/HUB utilization, budgets, peer-to-peer program
  • Track sales initiatives and sales force directives such as: Reach, Frequency, Call Reporting, and FCR Utilization
  • Track Target Territory Initiative effectiveness and results with weekly initiative updates by region/territory, monthly roll-up update and quarterly TTI Results
  • Work together with Sales Operations and National Sales Director in identifying seasonal incentives such as contests for the sales force.
  • Manage specialty pharmacy partnership intake process and report back on effectiveness of each SP partner.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business, life science or related field of study with at least 7 years of industry experience (an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered)
  • 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales excellence
  • Proven communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze and draw appropriate conclusions using sales data/call reporting software applications and able to adapt to a dynamic market and company conditions
  • 25% travel required

The most likely base pay range for this position is $108K to $148K per year. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, and particular business needs, will determine an individual’s exact level of compensation.
